Languages

French: Mother Tongue

Writing and communicating effectively in French is very important for me. I am thus very careful when speaking and writing, taking care of my vocabulary and my spelling.

English: Proficient User

I studied English for 12 years, making this language one of my specialities during my Bachelor’s degree and my Master’s degree.
Here’s a small reminder of what the C1 level means:

  • Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning.
  • Can express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions.
  • Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes.
  • Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.

Spanish: Proficient User

Attracted to the Spanish language from the beginning of high school, I decided to learn it, and what’s better than a language exchange trip to begin that journey?
Since then, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in foreign languages in English and Spanish.

German: Independent User

Born in the east of France, only a few kilometers from the German border, I took advantage of this proximity to learn German, which I studied until I entered University.

Here’s a small reminder of what the B2 level means:

  • Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
  • Can deal with most situations likely to arise while traveling in an area where the language is spoken.
  • Can produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest.
  • Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

Portuguese: Independent User

I also had the opportunity to study Portuguese for 3 years, a language close to Spanish, but rich in all its subtleties, and in 2016 , I was traveling 1 month in Brazil to improve my language skills.
